Parking Lots

  • Asphalt pavement repairs of the parking lot for the VA Hospital in Nashville using a mill and overlay to repair the asphalt parking lot before restriping the asphalt lot.

    In 2021, we repaved the VA’s Nashville Campus. This involved milling, overlaying, patching, sealcoating, and restriping the Medical Center’s Parking Lot

    In 2023, Sessions paved the parking lot for the new JP Morgan Chase Bank branch in Gallatin, TN. This included the stone and both lifts of asphalt

  • Paving and Full Depth Repairs and the Striping and Pavement Markings of the asphalt parking lot in Downtown Nashville near the state capitol building for a parking lot repair project in Middle Tennessee

    In 2021, we repaved 2 parking lots for the State Capitol Building. This was done for the Tennessee Department of General Services and included a full depth replacement of Parking Lot 29

  • Starbucks Franklin Parking Lot

    Starbucks S Royal Oaks

    Near the end of 2022, we milled and overlayed the parking lot at the Franklin S Royal Oaks Starbucks. This project included asphalt, curb, concrete paving, and striping.

    In 2022, we repaved several Williamson County School’s parking lots, including Sunset Elementary School (Pictured)

  • Parking Lot for Enterprise Rent A Car in Murfreesboro, TN

    Enterprise Murfreesboro

    In 2023 we paved the parking lot and access road for the newly constructed Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Murfreesboro. This involved the base stone, asphalt, and striping.

Tennis and Sport Courts

  • Running Track

    Eagleville High School

    In 2024, we repaved the track at Eagleville High School for Rutherford County Schools prior to it receiving its rubberized track surface

  • Basketball and Tennis Courts paved, surfaced, and colored using asphalt and court surfacer in Nashville Tennessee including fencing, nets, posts, sidewalk, and asphalt

    Madison Park

    In 2020, we turned the (4) tennis courts at Madison Park in Nashville into (2) Tennis Courts and (2) Basketball Courts. This involved asphalt paving, coloring, installation of basketball goals, installation of a concrete sidewalk, and Laykold surfacer

  • Paving, Repairs, and Asphalt Resurfacing, Restriping, and coloring of tennis courts in Franklin Tennessee for the Laurelbrooke community in Williamson County TN including tennis court nets, tennis court coloring, tennis court surfacing, and leveling

    Maplewood Tennis Courts

    In 2021, we repaved and resurfaced the tennis courts for the Maplewood HOA in Franklin. This involved leveling asphalt paving, resetting the posts, installing a new net, and repairing the existing fence, and placing LayKold Surfacer

  • McFerrin Park Tennis Courts

    The Tennis Courts at McFerrin Park were resurfaced and refurbished by Sessions Paving Company in 2023 for Metro Nashville, including the addition of (4) new Pickleball Courts on top of the existing tennis courts.

    The Tennis Courts at Hadley Park were resurfaced / refurbished by Sessions Paving Company under the annual tennis court repairs contract between Sessions Paving Company and Metro Nashville

    Fairview High School

    In 2023, we repaved (1) set and recolored both sets of FHS’s tennis courts. The image displayed was taken nearly a year after project completion

    The Tennis Courts at Shelby Park were refurbished under the Metro Nashville Tennis Court Maintenance Contract that Sessions Paving held from 2013-2018

  • Grading, excavation, and paving necessary to create the basketball half court shown, including lighting, fencing, coloring, asphalt, and surface for the basketball sport court in Williamson County Franklin TN Tennessee

    In 2020, we created a small basketball court for the Laurelbrooke HOA in Franklin. This involved clearing the area then installing base stone, asphalt, concrete sidewalk, fence, a lighting structure, a basketball goal, and LayKold surfacer

    In 2024, we repaved the blacktop at Scales and then added the textured, colored surface in their school colors with 4-square and basketball lines

More About Sport Courts

Music City Grand Prix Infrastructure

In 2021, we worked as the General Contractor for the Infrastructure Improvements required to bring the inaugural Music City Grand Prix to Nashville. We completed this extensive project between being awarded the contract in May and the race in August. Work required to bring this race to life included demo of existing asphalt and concrete, relocation of a light pole and fire hydrant, installation and adjustment of various inlet structures, asphalt paving, asphalt patching, sidewalk and curb placement, milling, traffic loop repairs, bollard installation, gate installation, and pavement markings.

Roads

  • An intersection project in Montgomery County TN done to widen the road in Clarksville, full depth asphalt paving for the roadway, installation of signs, installation of traffic signals, and milling and overlaying of the asphalt surface on the road

    International Blvd

    In 2020, we were the general contractor over a project that involved widening Dunlop Ln, repaving a portion of International Blvd, and adding a traffic signal. This was done for the City of Clarksville

    In 2023, we performed utility patching, including placing binder in a trench and a full road width mill and overlay of Parks Retreat Dr in Antioch, TN

    In 2021, we repaved 42nd Ave from Charlotte Ave to Alabama Ave as a part of the new development being constructed along the repaved block. This involved patching, milling, paving, and thermoplastic pavement markings

  • Long Hollow Pk & Upper Station Camp Creek Rd

    In 2022, We added a traffic signal and turn lane, as well as performed a milling and overlay, for TDOT at the intersection of Upper Station Camp Creek Rd and Long Hollow Pike in Sumner County

  • Paving and widening of an intersection in Clarksville Montgomery County Tennessee (TN) to safe up and widen the roadway at this intersection and add an asphalt lane

    In 2021, we paved Meriwether Road at the Intersection of Trenton Road for the City of Clarksville as a part of a road widening project where we were the General Contractor

  • Lengthening of a roadway in Clarksville Montgomery County Tennessee (TN) using pipes, full depth asphalt and stone, and restriping of the roadway for this road near LG Electronics for the Tennessee Department of Transportation

    Life's Good Way

    In 2020, we were the General Contractor for the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s project to extend Life’s Good Way in Clarksville approx. 1,000 LF. This included the grading, drainage, base stone, and asphalt necessary to create this new section of roadway.

    In 2023, we extended Gateway Blvd in Murfreesboro, including grading, curbs, lighting, and paving

Walking Trails

  • Asphalt Walking Trail in Nashville, Davidson County, TN for Cheekwood for a nature trail using stone and asphalt to form and create the asphalt walking path for this trail

    In 2019, we paved a new trail at Cheekwood in Nashville as a part of the expansion for the Ann & Monroe Carell Jr. Family Sculpture Trail

  • A walking trail created for the City of Brentwood TN in Williamson County Tennessee using asphalt, pavers, stone, and included the grading required to form this asphalt pedestrian walking path and trail

    In 2019, we created a new walking trail for the City of Brentwood. This included clearing, grading, base stone, pavers, and asphalt paving

  • ADA improvements in Goodlettsville Tennessee TN for the City of Goodlettsville including concrete repairs, asphalt touch-ups and patching to correct asphalt drainage issues at an intersection
